By purchasing and/or downloading Joana Carvalho's Kits, Paper Packs or any other Elements, you are agreeing that the Product is the property of Joana Carvalho and licensed to you as a single user.
YOU MAY
--> use all graphics and images within the kits and all other downloaded elements for personal use provided credit is given to the designer Joana Carvalho.
--> use the kits and/or elements for scrapbooking submissions and publications, provided credit is given to the designer Joana Carvalho.
--> print out the elements for your paper layouts or card-making and other craft things you might create for your own personal use.
--> alter the elements from this kit to use in your personal scrapbook pages, collages, greeting cards and other printable-digital items, by changing colors and size and even adding to them or removing from them. Credit to Joana Carvalho is still required for any and all altered graphics or portions thereof.
YOU MAY NOT
--> claim these graphics as your own.
--> alter the graphics in any manner and then claim them as your own.
--> turn any graphics into tubes, stamps, or brushes and claim them as your own or redistribute in any form.
--> redistribute these graphics in anyway, shape, or form - electronically, or print.
--> offer these graphics on any webpage for download, or otherwise include them in an email group or newsgroup for download or copying.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Joana Carvalho warrants that your Product shall be free from defects for 30
days from the time the Product is sent to you. If you detect a problem within
30 days, please contact
me.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Joana Carvalho’s sole responsibility to you shall be to abide by the limited warranty as stated above. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Joana Carvalho be responsible for any damages or loss that result from the use of, or inability to use the Product.
