Your download information will be received upon payment. This is usually immediate if you have funds in your pay pal. If that's not the case, your downloads will be made available upon notification that your payment has cleared. This process takes approximately 5-7 business days to complete.
Since I currently only sell downloadable products (zip files), I cannot accept returns and/or provide a refund. However, if you have a problem with any of your downloads being corrupted or damaged in any way, I will provide you with another copy of the item.
